  • No, the benefits are different for being a national of ARNA and IPA member. You still get the protections under international law but you don't get the tax exemption status as IPA member like you would as a ARNA National. If you still would like to get more clarity be sure to reach out to us.

  • ARNA is the nation states and has a governing constitution based on natural law. IPA is a human rights institution that operates as a body politic and the constitution that is based on the UN declaration rights of indigenous peoples. 

  • Yes it is called IPPP (Indigenous Peoples Political Party) is the inside of ARNA and IPA that can be used to interface with the outside government. 

  • Yes, everyone has the right to claim the nationality and any institution who gives you issues with that is grounds for a lawsuit because that is an act of genocide.  But also keep in mind that when doing that you waiving certain rights and classified differently.   • No, per the exam you take before entering into ARNA. You Must Abide By The ARNA Constitution IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE AN ARNA NATIONAL. 

  • No, as you claim your nationality you upgrade your status as a non-citizen US National. So you can still receive benefits.  

  • Yes, we do.  But you must wait 6 months and clear background check with us and sign an affidavit.
